3. 7-Day Return Policy
• We offer a 7-day return policy for valid reasons (e.g., defective, incorrect, or significantly not as described).
• Change of mind returns are not accepted.
4. To Be Eligible
• Item must be unused, in original condition.
• Must include tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
• Must be authorized in advance via support.
5. Non-Returnable Items
• Tyres that have been mounted, installed, or driven on.

• If approved, return instructions will be provided.
• Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
7. Refunds
• Refunds are only issued after inspection.
• If item fails inspection, no refund will be given.
• Customer must arrange pickup of rejected items.
